The NAAFE Board and Officers are excited to announce that the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) and the NOAA Northeast Fisheries Science Center will host the NAAFE 2023 Forum!

The Forum will be held in Woods Hole, Massachusetts, with conference hosts from Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and the NOAA Northeast Fisheries Science Center. The Forum will be organized by Di Jin at WHOI in collaboration with Tammy Murphy at NEFSC and Eric Thunberg at NMFS Office of Science and Technology.

The Forum will take place over 3 days in May 2023 (exact dates still TBD), with possible pre- and post-Forum events to take place 1-2 days before or after. Woods Hole provides a perfect location for research and education and plans to interact with industry and policymakers are in the works.

Be sure to mark your calendars and plan to spend time on Cape Cod with your colleagues in May 2023! Further announcements will be made as details are confirmed.
